A seafront hotel in Paphos, a few minutes from the little Saint Nikolaos chapel by the sea and the church of Panagia Theoskepasti on its rock in Kato Paphos. These photographs are from traditional Cypriot weddings we photographed there.
Aquamare suits a big Cypriot celebration: a grand entrance, a first dance and a long night of dancing with family and friends, all close to the sea.
Couples marry at the small Saint Nikolaos chapel by the water or at Panagia Theoskepasti in Kato Paphos, then arrive at Aquamare for the reception. Timed well, the ceremony ends just as the sun goes down over the sea, which gives the most beautiful light of the day.

Yes. We photograph the whole day: the preparations at both family homes with the violin and lute, the dressing and the red scarf, the church, and the reception and dancing.
When should the church ceremony be for the best light?
Late afternoon, so it ends close to sunset. By the sea in Paphos the light is at its most beautiful in the last hour before the sun goes down.
Can the wedding be filmed as well?
