Terms

This site, its date check and its tools for AI assistants (including the ChatGPT app) are run by George Avgousti, Leontiou 20, Shop 24, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus. By using them you accept these terms.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry, here or through an AI assistant, asks us for a quotation. It does not book anything and costs nothing. We reply personally with a quotation for your day.

Bookings

A date is reserved only when you sign the wedding services agreement and pay the booking fee shown on your quotation. The signed agreement sets everything about your booking, including payments, changes, cancellation and delivery. If anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.

The date check

The date check shows our calendar at the moment you check it. A date shown as free can be booked by another couple before you book, and “limited” means another couple already has a quotation for it. Only the signed agreement and booking fee hold a date for you.

AI assistants

Assistants such as ChatGPT can check dates, show our work and prepare your enquiry. They send an enquiry only when you ask them to, with your own email address. What an assistant writes in its own words is not a promise from us; the quotation and agreement we send you are what count.

Photographs and films

All photographs and films on this site are our work and are protected by copyright. You may share links to them. Please do not copy, edit or reuse them without our written permission.

Using the site fairly

Please do not misuse the site or its tools, for example by sending false enquiries or checking dates in bulk. We may limit or block use that does.

Our responsibility

We keep the site and the date check accurate and working, but we cannot promise they are always available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Your details

How we use the details you share is explained in our Privacy page.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
