Documentary wedding photography in Cyprus.
Natural, candid photographs of your wedding as it really happens: the nerves, the laughter, the hugs and the moments nobody planned. No staged scenes and no long photo sessions away from your guests.
Documentary wedding photography means we photograph the day as it unfolds, quietly and without directing it. We watch, anticipate and wait for the real moments: a look between you during the vows, your father's face during the speech, your friends on the dance floor. Most of your gallery is made without you noticing the camera.
We step in only where a little direction helps: a short couple session in the best light of the day and the family groups you want, kept quick so you are back with your guests. Those portraits have an editorial touch, relaxed and elegant rather than stiff or posed.
Because we are not stopping the day to stage it, the photographs feel like your wedding and not a photo shoot. This suits couples who feel awkward in front of a camera, and it suits Cyprus, where the light, the churches, the villages and the sea give every day its own setting.
We have photographed weddings across Cyprus for more than twelve years, destination weddings for couples from abroad and traditional Cypriot weddings, from Paphos to Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Protaras and Nicosia.

Weddings in Cyprus: questions couples ask
What is documentary wedding photography?
Photographing the day as it really happens, without staging it. Most photographs are candid; we give gentle direction only for the couple portraits and family groups.
Will we have any posed photographs?
Yes, a few: the family groups you ask for and a short couple session. They are kept natural and quick, so you are not away from your guests for long.
We feel awkward in front of a camera. Is documentary photography right for us?
Yes. Most of the day you will not be directed at all, and during the portraits we keep you moving and talking rather than holding poses.
Can the day be filmed in the same style?
Yes. Our cinematographers film in the same documentary way, so photographs and film tell one story.
